Absolutely. indeed, there's much to be learned from minimalism. less IS more, and i've preached this forever to my friends composers and students ... a brilliant idea, that's the secret most important part. you could save a bad song with production, but if it's bad enough there's no saving it. one needs to keep it interesting so minor developments and embellishments within that simple idea are the essence, to me God resides in those tiny details. another great video. thank you, Sir!
