The "that's adorable" bit around 1:40 just jumped out at me. I've always believed that everything you do is by choice, whether conscientiously or not. period. And if that is so, then doing things you know are not good for you - especially if you're a parent, and are an example for your children - is simply a way of saying 'i don't want to grow up, to mature, to take responsibility for my actions'. this may be the hardest realization to accept, and change, but it's the very important and bottom-line truth.
