It sheds light on parts of society you wouldn't otherwise know; interviews with real people, first-hand experience, often even uncomfortable to watch (some so distressing i couldn't finish watching).
I've watched many, here are some others I recommend: Professional Hitman, Retired Professor, Hillbillie, Mob Boss, Escort, Porn Star, Conman, Addict, Prison Guard.
For me, everyone filmed breaks down into 2: emotion or none; either they possess attachment and feeling, or absolutely the opposite... sheer proof at how incredibly complex the human species is.
